Måneland
Pilot episode for the children's series Måneland, where grandfather Jon and granddaughter Julia travel into space in a studio rebuilt into a cozy spaceship.
We were asked whether we could make a pilot episode for a potential new children’s series called Måneland. In the series we meet grandfather Jon and his granddaughter, Julia. She sneaks aboard the rocket he has built to fly to the moon. Together they write songs, sing and set off on adventures in space. To bring this world to life, we rebuilt the entire studio into the inside of a homely, cozy spaceship. The production was extensive and incredibly fun, with elaborate sets, practical effects and a hefty dose of visual effects to make it all blend together.
